What data we process

Browsing data. The servers hosting this site automatically record some technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, response code, referring page and browser type. This data keeps the site running and secure, and is not used to identify visitors.

Data you send us. If you email us, we process your address and whatever information you choose to include in the message, in order to reply.

Purposes and legal bases

• Operating and securing the site: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Replying to requests and handling any resulting pre-contractual or contractual relationship: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

How long we keep it

Browsing data is kept for up to 15 days, unless it is needed to establish liability for abuse or computer crime. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and for the periods required by law.

Who receives the data

Data is processed by the controller's authorised staff and by the technical providers that host the site and deliver its content, acting as processors. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Data is never published or sold.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies, no third-party marketing cookies and no analytics, and it loads no fonts, maps or videos from outside services. That is why we ask for no consent and show no banner.

The content delivery network provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site from automated traffic. These cookies do not require consent.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing data

Sending us your data by email is optional, but without it we cannot reply to your request.
