An ongoing business analysis service

A case

  • For a client whose operations and technology are highly complex, NIS runs an ongoing business analysis service
  • A Service Manager works with the client, coordinates a dedicated Service Team and oversees the agreed service levels
  • The Service Team brings together CBAP certified business analysts, PMP certified project managers, functional analysts and specialist testers
  • A simulation environment set up at the NIS office is used to test applications before they go live

Training

Preparation courses for the CBAP qualification, awarded by IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), and the PMP qualification, awarded by PMI (Project Management Institute).
